Organic Free Range Eggs

The Salle Organics flock of about 200 hens roam around a sheltered field of several grassy acres, together with a few Jacob Lambs to keep the grass down. They scratch around all day quite happily, returning to their coops to lay, and again at dusk when Colin (the farm manager) tucks them up for the night!
